The Coupa Business Analyst will serve as a functional subject matter expert, configuring, optimizing, and supporting enterprise procurement platforms across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) life cycles. This role combines hands‑on system administration, process automation, data governance, and technical troubleshooting to improve procurement operations. Working with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders, this position will help implement scalable digital solutions, strengthen system adoption, and drive continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities- Configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Coupa procurement applications and workflows.
- Support integration and optimization of Coupa, SAP S/4
HANA, and SAP Ariba across procurement processes. - Serve as a functional subject matter expert for P2P and S2P processes, system functionality, and digital procurement solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve purchasing efficiency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to automate procurement workflows, eliminate manual processes, and standardize operations.
- Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system enhancements.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate technical resolutions.
- Maintain procurement data integrity, system configurations, and established data governance standards.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions to improve procurement visibility and decision‑making.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into system solutions.
- Support user adoption, system training, documentation, and change management activities.
- Explore opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and emerging automation technologies within procurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement systems, digital procurement, supply chain technology, or related functions.
- Hands‑on Coupa experience required
, including system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. - Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes
. - Experience with SAP S/4
HANA and/or SAP Ariba procurement applications. - Experience configuring workflows, automating processes, and implementing system improvements.
- Experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of procurement data management, reporting, and system governance.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system configurations.
- Familiarity with procurement analytics, digital transformation, or AI‑enabled automation preferred.
