This role is ideal for an experienced One Stream administrator who can effectively support and maintain a production One Stream environment while partnering closely with Finance, Analytics, and external implementation resources. The ideal candidate has prior experience administering One Stream in a live business environment and brings a strong understanding of financial planning processes, system administration, and troubleshooting. This individual will help support enhancements, resolve issues, and contribute to the continued evolution of the platform.

• Administer and maintain the One Stream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to support ongoing enhancements and optimization of the One Stream platform.
• Manage and support data integrations, including data loads, between One Stream and source systems such as Net Suite, Power BI Cube, Dynamics CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues.
• Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and Cube Views to support operational and financial reporting needs.
• Partner with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and release activities, including testing and validation.
• Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on One Stream administration experience supporting a production environment.
• Strong understanding of core One Stream functionality, including workflows, metadata management, security, data integrations, reporting, Cube Views, dashboards, and Data Management processes.
• Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, people cost planning, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting data loads, integrations, and troubleshooting data or application issues within a production environment.
• Experience with business rules and system configurations, including troubleshooting and maintaining existing functionality.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.
• Experience supporting testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation activities.
• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to achieve business objectives.
• Experience with Net Suite or other financial systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Consultative, solution-oriented mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
