- Must have Agile scrum and Salesforce Admin certifications.
- Overall 7-10 years of experience with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Onshore/Offshore.
- Experienced in leading, training, and coaching the Scrum team in its Scrum adoption.
- Must be able to plan and advise Scrum implementations within the defined structure (Component - program structure in Cisco)
- Must ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Work with the product team for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Experienced in helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Experienced in identifying and eliminating impediments of the Scrum Team.
- Experienced in helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Experienced in helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Team.
