- Manages technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
- Provides technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Conducts comprehensive code reviews, establishes and oversees quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implements best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
- Ensures process compliance in the assigned module and participates in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and prepares and submits status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
