Full Time Days The Senior Director of Technology within our Enterprise Service Operations and Delivery Technology organization will lead the development,  execution and maintenance of enterprise-wide technology solutions to achieve ABM’s vision to establish an industry-leading Service Operations & Management organization (“SO&M”) that delivers next-generation facilities management capabilities while achieving operational excellence and ‘best-in-class’ service for our customers.​This position offers an opportunity to drive technological modernization and digital transformation across our enterprise Service Operations landscape while building a strong technical foundation for future growth and operational excellence.

The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation across all ABM industry groups and service lines. It will serve as the Technology Lead on the SO&M Transformation program, an IT leader, and a representative on the IT Leadership Team. The role will report directly to the VP of Client and Workforce Technology and grow to lead a team of architects, business systems analysts, system administrators, and technologists.

Pay: $143,500 - $220,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You will also be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program. Benefit Information:

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred

Professional certifications in project management (PMP) or ITIL preferred
15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles
10+ years of experience in facilities management and infrastructure, asset management, real estate management, MRO, or related field
10+ years of experience in one or of ABM’s core industry groups (i.e. office buildings, retail, healthcare, education, manufacturing, aviation)10+ years' experience with CMMS/Field Service enterprise systems implementation and optimization [e.g. Corrigo, Maximo, SFDC, Oracle]Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Experience supporting standardizing processes across complex organizations

Strong background in system architecture and integration

Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing technical teams

Technical Skills Expert knowledge of CMMS and Field Service technologies and industry trends

Strong understanding of database management and architecture

Experience with system integration and API development

Knowledge of cloud technologies and architecture

Familiarity with IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance technologies

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
