Role:
Scrum Master
- Prefer Scrum Master who has worked with Calypso
- Experience of working on Capital Markets is mandatory
- Total Exp. 8+ years, Scrum Master Exp. 6+ years
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of SAFe, Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with mind set on deliverables
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Manage each project s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Share Agile Metrics with Client Manager after each SPRINT
