* Roles and Responsibilities:
*** Leadership:
Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
* Project Management:
Proficiency in managing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
* Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
* Provide operational support for enterprise applications and systems, including PLM, ERP, HRMS, workflow, management reports, and related systems.* ### Develop strategies for system redundancy and disaster recovery to maintain continuous factory operations.
* Monitor the performance of factory systems and initiate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
*** 2 years of experience in IT management and 5 years of experience in software developer
* Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems within the organization.
* Manage a team of engineers and support staff, providing guidance and direction.
* Coordinate with other departments to align IT systems with customer requirements.
* Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for system maintenance and development
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
* Report on IT system status to upper management and make recommendations for enhancements
