全流程参与美国新建矿场的选址、设计、施工与交付；
参与矿机到货验收、上架、调试、运维 SOP 制定及持续优化；
对接美国当地 EPC、电力公司、托管客户及监管机构，确保工期、电力、合规三线达标；
搭建远程监控与数据采集系统，输出运营 KPI、故障分析报告及降本增效方案；
经常出差美国，兼顾全球供应链及总部汇报。
我们希望你具备
- 本科及以上学历，IT、电子、自动化、能源或相关专业；
- 2 年以上数据中心 / 服务器集群 / 矿场运维 / 区块链基础设施相关经验；
- 熟悉 Linux、网络设备、监控平台（Grafana、Prometheus 等），能读写 Python/Shell 自动化脚本；
- 接受频繁赴美出差，持有效护照并可通过美国 B1/B2 或商务签证背景审查。
- 亲身参与过 10MW+ 矿场从 0 到 1 落地；
- 熟悉比特大陆、Whats Miner、Avalon 等主流矿机调优及固件升级；
- 具备电气一次/二次、暖通（AHU、水帘、浸没式冷却）知识；
- 有美国驾照或 EPC/电力行业人脉资源。
