Data Analyst

Salesforce is the kind of place where a junior's question can change the technology roadmap, and we want a Data Analyst who asks them. Everything about this mid-level Data Analyst post says trust — $86,000 - $116,000, freelance flexibility, and 3 years rewarded with real say.

• Hand off Num Py runbooks so the next on-call at Salesforce sleeps better
• Ship incremental improvements to Salesforce's Houston platform on a regular cadence
• Build the trust-based Strategic Planning feature that wins back the TX accounts Salesforce lost
• Tune Apache Spark queries until the TX database stops timing out under load
• Keep Salesforce's Lang Chain dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents
• Own the purpose-led edge cases in Salesforce's Apache Spark billing nobody else wants to touch
• Refactor the technology module Salesforce has been afraid to touch

• Comfort being accountable for a relentlessly-kind outcome in a freelance role
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Judgment seasoned by at least 5 years of real consequences
