Director, Professional Services & Consulting

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Professional Services & Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of a public sector professional services organization supporting large-scale cloud networking and cybersecurity deployments. The role is responsible for driving customer outcomes, delivery excellence, and operational performance across federal and state agency engagements. You will partner closely with senior customer stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and systems integrators to ensure successful implementation, compliance, and long-term value realization.

Compensation: $199,500 – $285,000 annually

• Lead and mentor a team of delivery consultants and project managers supporting public sector deployments
• Oversee platform rollouts across federal and state agencies
• Manage resource utilization, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting
• Serve as the senior escalation point for customer leadership and strategic partners
• Align delivery methodologies with federal compliance standards and collaborate with systems integrators

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technical Consulting within enterprise software, cloud networking, or cybersecurity
• 5+ years of experience managing teams of people managers and senior consultants
• Proven track record managing P&Ls exceeding $15M annually
• In-depth knowledge of US Public Sector procurement and compliance standards
• Active US Government Top Secret security clearance required
• Experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
