Senior DevSecOps Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Dev Sec Ops  Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will help secure and modernize enterprise software delivery by embedding security practices throughout the development lifecycle. The engineer will contribute to systems analysis, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for customer-facing applications and secure web services. This position also plays a key role in evaluating new technologies and improving the efficiency, scalability, and compliance of the overall platform.

Compensation: $114,750 – $155,250 annually

• Develop and support secure customer-facing applications, including account registration and authentication functionality
• Monitor compliance with PCI and other security standards
• Conduct systems analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Create enterprise-class software using various programming languages
• Develop secure web services based on industry standards
• Independently design efficient and scalable software solutions
• Evaluate recommendations for new technologies to improve efficiency

• 5+ years of experience in IT system engineering and systems development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of security compliance and controls
• Proficient in C, Java, JSF, Apache Tomcat, JavaScript, CSS, and Linux shell
• Strong experience with automated Dev Sec Ops  pipelines and cloud technologies
