Unlicensed Consultants base pay: $39,520 / year
* plus commission

Licensed Consultants base pay: $43,680 / year
* plus commission

* Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year

• Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads
• Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage
• Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
• Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
• Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
• Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual
  - Fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to obtain/renew a P&C license within 45 days of hire (We provide the Licensing course)
• 1+ year of Sales experience
• Professional office experience
• Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Property & Casualty license nice to have
• Insurance sales or service experience
• Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
• 1+ year experience working in a call center environment
