Commercial Lines / Property & Casualty Account Manager

• Support Sales Executives by analyzing client needs, preparing and submitting applications, managing quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits, and ensuring timely follow-up with carriers.
• Issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and related documents. Handle billing, invoicing, collections, and processing cancellations in line with agency procedures.
• Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, proposals, and respond promptly to incoming mail and client requests. Assist clients with reporting claims and follow up with carriers for updates.
• Identify coverage needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry products, regulations, technology, and market trends. Communicate clearly to interpret and explain complex information.

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• 3–5 years independent agency experience.
• Background in insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of insurance markets, rating, and underwriting.
• Applied EPIC experience preferred.
