Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are an established insurance agency located on the west side of Houston, and we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an in-house, in-office position for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, managing a commercial book with confidence, and helping lead a strong team.

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Manage and service a commercial lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and client communication
• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients and carrier partners
• Provide strong coverage knowledge and help ensure policies are accurate and complete
• Partner with producers to support client retention and account growth
• Assist with workflow management and help keep the team organized and on schedule
• Support and mentor other account managers and team members as needed
• Help improve processes and service standards to strengthen the client experience

• At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of commercial coverages and servicing processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Leadership ability and confidence supporting or mentoring others
• Professional designation preferred (CISR, CIC, CPCU, ARM, or similar)
• Texas P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
