• Manage client communications and relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
• Oversee the renewal process, from submission to negotiation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
• Cultivate strong, long‑lasting client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional service.
• Assist clients in understanding their coverages and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Stay updated on policy changes, deadlines, and legal regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to clients.
• Process invoices, resolve accounting discrepancies, assist during the claims process, and support proposals and special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within BCH systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Effectively manage Image Right tasks and workflows following BCH standards.

• A client‑focused mindset with a dedication to meeting clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other industry‑specific software.
• 5 years of experience in a commercial insurance agency, preferably handling mid‑size commercial accounts.
• Commitment to obtaining relevant insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, INS, ACSR or CISR.
• An active Texas Agent’s License is required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
