• Underwrite high-risk, unique personal assets with a top E&S team

As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you’ll manage excess and surplus (E&S) personal lines, providing coverage for high-risk properties, unique assets, and situations beyond standard insurers. You’ll assess risk, set coverage terms, and drive new and renewal business through client visits, telemarketing, and broker coordination. You’ll also track key performance metrics and mentor Assistant Underwriters, shaping the next generation of talent.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of multi-line underwriting experience; E&S experience preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
• Insurance license required; CPCU, CIC, or comparable designations preferred.
