• $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience
• Full-time, Direct Hire
• Hybrid schedule (2‑3 days in the office)

• 5+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation claims
• Texas Adjuster’s Insurance License
• Experience analyzing complex claims data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims database management systems

• Create presentations for training on policies, workers’ compensation laws, and procedures
• Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
• Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities
• Oversee all internal and external audits
• Hold comprehensive understanding of the Texas Labor Code as it applies to workers’ compensation claims
• Review billing summaries
