ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Wholesale Insurance Broker to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate has experience as a Junior Broker or Inside Broker at a national brokerage firm and is eager to leverage AI-driven tools to streamline the wholesale insurance process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers to drive new business opportunities.
• Utilize our AI-powered platform to evaluate risks, structure coverage, and negotiate competitive terms with carriers.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure optimal placements for complex risks.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging risks, and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional client service by offering strategic risk solutions and proactive communication.
• Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business growth and innovation strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience as a Junior Broker or Inside Broker at a national brokerage firm.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale insurance markets and risk placement strategies.
• Ability to analyze risk, negotiate coverage terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to leverage AI-driven tools for enhanced decision-making.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Active insurance license.
