Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re seeking an outgoing, persistent professional who speaks English and Spanish to support the Credit Department at a corporate office in Houston. Approximately half of the customers you’ll contact speak only Spanish, so fluency in both languages is required. This project is expected to last a few weeks, with the possibility of additional opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:- Make outbound business-to-business calls to request missing tax certificates.
- Follow up consistently to obtain outstanding documents.
- Update a spreadsheet to track certificates received and those still missing.
- Maintain accurate notes and communicate progress to the Credit Department.
- Handle rejection and difficult conversations while remaining professional and focused on getting the documents needed.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience making business-to-business calls.
- An outgoing personality and confident, professional phone presence.
- Persistence, patience, and strong follow-through.
- Basic spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work on-site for the full assignment.
- Reliable daily attendance is essential for this short-term project.
- You must be available every scheduled workday.
- Attendance issues may result in the assignment ending.
