This is a long-term client of ours, and their needs are red hot, the firm’s environmental and tort litigation practice is thriving. Work is going great, and they’re looking to deepen the bench with a talented courtroom litigator to handle complex matters arising from spills, toxic events, and large-scale accidents.
Aboutthe Role
This role sits at the intersection of environmental law and high-stakes litigation. The successful candidate will handle tort cases involving environmental exposure, contamination, and related claims. While the position could sit within the Trial Group (preferred) or Environmental Practice, the ideal candidate will become a go-to resource for environmental litigation matters across the firm.
Ideal Candidate- 8+ years of experience in environmental or tort litigation
- Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience; a true litigator, not just a paper pusher
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling cases involving spills, toxic releases, or accident-related claims
This is a firm we’ve partnered with for years, and they continue to grow through excellence, not turnover. The team is collaborative and driven, with an impressive record in complex environmental cases. Associates are given meaningful responsibility and direct client contact early on.
