Mid-Level General Litigation Associate

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with three or more years of experience in general litigation and tort defense to join its office in Texas or work in a Hybrid setting.

• Texas Bar in good standing is required
  , and New York Bar admission is strongly preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with trucking litigation, product liability, and/or insurance defense.
• Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda and have strong academic credentials.
• Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.
