As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven Mass Tort Attorney with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career with a fast‑paced plaintiffs’ law firm.

As a Mass Tort Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a complex mass tort docket while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong legal acumen, excellent case management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment.

• Manage all phases of a mass tort docket, from intake through resolution
• Track and meet critical litigation deadlines
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants supporting your docket
• Follow and improve upon existing case management processes and procedures
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and resolve issues
• Analyze medical records and relevant case documents
• Review all pleadings, motions, and filings before submission to the court or opposing counsel
• Collaborate with other law firms and stakeholders involved in litigation
• Identify trends within your docket and recommend process improvements
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance case outcomes and efficiency

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar
• 2–4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on mass torts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume caseload effectively
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment

This is a full‑time, in‑office position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with an expectation of a 50‑hour workweek.
