About the RoleTax Attorney – Midsize Law Firm – Houston, New Orleans, or Baton Rouge. Practice Area Focus:
Tax Law (advise individual and business clients on international, federal, state, and local tax issues, corporate formation, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, and other transactional needs).
