Aboutthe Position
We are seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in handling a full range of family law matters—including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and protective orders—and is confident representing clients in court. This position offers autonomy, a steady caseload, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive firm environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
- Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related filings.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Stay current on state and local family law regulations and case law.
- Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records.
- Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- Family Law Experience strongly preferred.
- Confident in courtroom advocacy and client representation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
- Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.
