In-House Legal Counsel (Full‑Time)

We are seeking an in‑house counsel for a well‑established leader in the insurance, reinsurance, and risk management industries. The company is experiencing growth and is looking for a BIGLAW corporate lawyer with 3‑6 years of experience, specializing in M&A and private equity.

• Work directly with senior leadership to develop, implement, negotiate, and manage complex transactional insurance products for private equity and corporate clients.
• Advise on representations and warranties to mitigate risks against indemnities.
• Support business development initiatives within a growing industry focused on representation and warranty insurance.

• Top credentials from a Top 25 Law School.
• Prior BIGLAW corporate and M&A drafting experience with sophisticated transactions.
• Ability to navigate complex tax or financial risks.
• Understanding of transaction insurance and its strategic value.

Competitive BIGLAW, Cravath scale with significantly higher bonus potential. Hours are predictable and manageable; most work can be performed remotely.
