Business Litigation Associate - Houston

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a business litigation associate to join the firm's Houston office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Texas.

• Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience.
• Must be admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for immediate admission.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
• Prior federal clerkship experience is preferred.
