Sexual Abuse Litigation Attorney (Texas) — Houston HQ (In Office / Hybrid)

We represent survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault nationwide. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to help build a firm designed to litigate these cases at the highest level—trial‑ready standards, survivor‑centered representation, and a trauma‑informed approach.

This role requires substantial sexual abuse/sexual assault civil litigation experience and at least 5 years of civil litigation experience.

About Us

In November 2025, we launched a mission‑driven plaintiff firm built for one purpose: delivering the highest level of representation to survivors nationwide. One founder is widely recognized for elite civil trial excellence, with career results cumulatively exceeding $15 billion in verdicts. Our goal is simple: become the national leader in this space.

Work Location & Travel

This role is based at our Houston, Texas headquarters with in‑office work required and hybrid flexibility depending on case needs and performance. Travel may be required for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.

  • Communicate with clients with empathy, boundaries, and strict confidentiality
  • Provide clear, consistent updates and manage expectations without over promising
  • Coordinate with client advocates, paralegals, and investigators to support clients and keep cases moving
Required Qualifications
  • Active Texas bar license, in good standing
  • Substantial sexual abuse/sexual assault civil litigation experience and at least 5 years of civil litigation experience
  • Strong legal writing and strategic judgment
  • High integrity, excellent confidentiality discipline, and professional client communication
