Litigation Associate

Join an elite Litigation team handling high-stakes commercial disputes and securities litigation for global clients. You'll work alongside top trial lawyers on shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations, and complex commercial matters

• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategies
• Advise clients through all stages of complex litigation
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on precision, strategy, and client success

• 3-5 years of complex litigation experience, including at least 1 year in securities litigation
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to client service

• Base compensation: $260,000-$365,000 (for  classes)
