As a Junior Associate
, you will be an integral member of trial teams, defending clients in the most complex and high‑stakes commercial disputes and significant tort matters. This is not a role for the passive observer; we offer immediate, substantive work across all phases of litigation.
- Strategic Case Development:
Drive sophisticated, evidence‑driven case theories and litigation strategies from the very outset of each engagement. - High‑Impact Drafting:
Develop and refine mission‑critical filings, including pleadings, discovery motions, dispositive motions (Summary Judgment), and pre‑trial submissions. - Deep Legal Analysis:
Conduct in‑depth legal research to support complex, novel arguments involving statutory and common‑law claims. - Discovery Leadership:
Take ownership of the discovery process, including drafting requests, overseeing cutting‑edge e‑discovery processes, and preparing for and defending high‑value depositions. - Trial Preparation:
Prepare fact and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, positioning yourself for significant courtroom experience.

EssentialQualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA‑accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active and good standing membership with the Texas Bar (Required).
- 2–4 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation and/or civil tort defense.
- Proven and solid command of Texas state and federal procedural rules and substantive law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with exceptional precision.
- Experience in high‑demand areas such as breach of contract disputes, shareholder litigation, energy‑related matters, or insurance coverage defense.
- Background in appellate practice or significant trial‑level motion drafting.
- Strong independent judgment and the intellectual curiosity to quickly master new legal and factual issues.
- Excellent oral advocacy and polished client‑facing communication skills.
- A genuine interest in working within a collaborative, in‑office environment that prioritizes mentorship and teamwork.
