Overview

As our firm expands, we’re seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial‑minded Personal Injury Attorneys to help lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity for solo practitioners or small‑firm owners with an existing caseload to join a growing, multi‑state firm while maintaining autonomy and gaining access to firm resources, infrastructure, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Advocacy:
    Provide top‑tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
  • Caseload Management:
    Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.
  • Legal Strategy:
    Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state’s personal injury law.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with our multi‑disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
  • Practice Growth:
    Participate in our market development—leverage your network while utilizing our business development resources.
  • Community Involvement:
    Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • An existing caseload or client base.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.
Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD

The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
