Litigation Paralegal; personal injury

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Litigation Paralegal / Personal Injury – Permanent, Full‑time, Hybrid, Houston, TX.

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with specialization in personal injury.

• Draft legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist trial preparation: organize evidence, prepare exhibits, schedule witnesses, and ensure all materials are ready.
• Manage document review and discovery processes efficiently.
• Utilize legal case management software to track and manage cases.
• Conduct legal research and writing to support case preparation.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.
• Adhere to all legal compliance requirements and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide bilingual Spanish support to clients.

• Minimum of 5 years as a plaintiff PI litigation paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation, trial preparation, document review, and discovery.
• Solid experience with legal case management software, ideally iManage.
• Excellent legal compliance and writing knowledge.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
