You’ll work directly with top-tier litigators and partners, including a nationally recognized rainmaker. The caseload includes complex commercial litigation—mostly construction and real estate-related disputes—with the occasional executive defense matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general commercial litigation, with real-time input from senior attorneys

• Litigate a range of business, construction, and real estate disputes

• Support case strategy and execution for high-profile matters

• Thrive in an environment where initiative, innovation, and accountability are encouraged

Salary:
Up to $180k base + bonus + full benefits

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Comfortable with independence and ready to hit the ground running

• Looking to grow a book of business with real support

• Barred in Texas
