Overview

A Houston-based full-service commercial law firm with a highly collegial practice group is currently seeking a 4-12‑year Litigation Attorney to join their team full‑time. Experience with real estate litigation is a plus, but not required. The salary for this role will be market‑competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance‑based bonuses.

• Litigation focused, some real estate litigation experience a plus, not required
• Experience attending hearings, taking and defending depositions
• Strong research and writing skills, enjoyment of writing is desired
• Attention to detail, loves writing motions and briefs
• Comfortable around clients

This new hire will get good and meaningful work right away and will not get tied down to anything like document review. There will be a compelling challenge right away. 1600-hour expectation, with bonus tiers at 1700, 1800, 1900, and excellent bonuses. Top market base salaries, plus bonuses, and a full benefits suite.
