The successful candidate will navigate the complex landscape of insurance laws, regulations, and corporate transactions, providing strategic counsel to industry stakeholders.
Duties- Advise on fund formation, investment management, and broker-dealer regulation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for insurance companies and brokers.
- Facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Support innovative market entries in the insurance sector.
- Experience in fund formation, investment management, or broker-dealer regulation.
- Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations.
- Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to industry stakeholders.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of practice.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
