• Admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar and USPTO.
• Prior experience in intellectual property disputes with a strong focus on patent litigation.
• Technical degree required, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering; additional technical expertise in telecommunications, electronics, and Internet technologies is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage significant cases, including strategy development and client communication.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including drafting briefs, motions, and other pleadings in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
• Experience providing legal opinions on infringement, validity, and enforce ability of intellectual property.
