We are a busy Houston based consumer law firm seeking a full time associate attorney with litigation experience for our Houston office.
The ideal candidate should be interested in all aspects of Civil Litigation from pre-suit demands to post-judgement collections and appeals, including drafting demand letters, case summary, depositions, discovery, hearings, trials, and client contact.
JURISPRUDENCE DOCTORATE REQUIREDTEXAS BAR LICENSE REQUIRED
Job Duties :
- Attending Hearings
- Attending/Taking/Defending Depositions
- Attending Mediations
- Drafting Motions and Responses to Motions
- Reviewing and approving discovery
- Research & Briefing as needed
- Attending Trial
- Drafting demand letters
- Communicate with clients
Position is an in-office position.
