About the Firm: Our client is a well-respected, growth-oriented plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Houston. The firm is known for its strong client advocacy, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. They are now seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and legal research.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement proposals.
• Take and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients regarding case status.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other attorneys to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• 2–7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred (but open to strong candidates outside this range).
• Strong litigation skills; trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client advocacy.
