Discovery Paralegal – Family LawDo you enjoy digging into facts, organizing details, and helping cases come together? Are you someone who takes pride in accuracy, follow‑through, and supporting attorneys with meaningful legal work? We’re hiring a Discovery Paralegal to support our family law litigation team with written discovery, financial analysis, and case organization. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented paralegal who enjoys working behind the scenes to build strong cases and support clients during challenging transitions.
Responsibilities
:
- Draft and answer discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct written discovery and financial analysis.
- Organize case materials and maintain case files.
- Use Excel and other tools to manage data and calculations.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy development.
Qualifications
:
- Experience drafting and answering discovery documents.
- Proficient in math and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure as they pertain to discovery and the Texas family‑law system.
- Previous experience in family‑law litigation is a plus.
