Associate Attorney

A dynamic, high-performing law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to work closely with its founding attorney, supporting both litigation and day-to-day firm operations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for a junior attorney who wants to learn directly from an experienced principal in a fast-paced environment.

You'll assist with key litigation activities, client communication, and firm organization, while also helping manage personal and professional priorities to ensure the smooth operation of a busy global practice.

Job Details

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily legal and administrative support to the principal attorney
• Assist with litigation activities, filings, and client coordination
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-demand environment
• Handle personal or logistical tasks as part of supporting the attorney's broader responsibilities
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times

What You'll Need:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license
• Interest in personal injury litigation
• Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional organization, accountability, and attention to detail
