Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the firm's partners, the Paralegal will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of contracts, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of agreements related to multifamily real estate. This role will also support special legal projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate execution in alignment with business and legal objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on contracts and legal documentation.
