Litigation Associate

The Houston office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with 1-2 years of complex litigation experience to become an integral part of our Advocacy Department. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and analytical aptitude with deposition, discovery, motion practice, and trial experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice.

We seek a bright, hardworking, and responsive attorney with good judgment and attention to detail.
