Houston, Texas. Initially focused on building systems and cases, with on-site leadership expected within one year as the Texas office scales.
NoteMust have an active Texas Bar license and 5+ years of personal injury experience with both pre-litigation and litigation exposure.

As they expand into Texas, they are seeking a senior attorney who can help build the operational foundation, systems, and standards that will support long-term success across the state.

- Help establish and lead the firm’s Texas personal injury operations
- Design and document SOPs and end-to-end workflows for Texas PI matters
- Build standardized forms, templates, and correspondence libraries
- Define case-handling benchmarks, communication protocols, and escalation paths
- Manage a limited personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
- Conduct client interviews, oversee discovery, negotiations, and settlements
- Serve as the primary Texas liaison to firm leadership
- Train and mentor attorneys and staff as the Texas team grows
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to refine and improve processes
- Active Texas Bar license
- 5+ years of personal injury experience, including litigation
- Proven experience building or implementing SOPs or legal workflows
- Strong written communication skills with attention to process documentation
- Organized, systems-oriented leadership style
- Client-focused, accountable, and collaborative professional approach
