This role suits an attorney who can manage a complex probate litigation docket, interface confidently with clients, and build a long-term practice within a high-performing team.

• 1900 billable hour requirement
• Compensation aligned with graduation year and experience

• Current Texas law license required
• Minimum 5 years of probate litigation experience
• Strong legal research and advocacy skills
• Ability to draft highly technical and persuasive legal documents
• Solid command of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
• Proven ability to execute sophisticated litigation strategies and resolve multi-issue disputes
• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience defending and taking depositions
• Comfortable tackling complex and unique case issues
• Capable of managing a full docket and building an individual practice
• Transcripts and writing sample required with resume submission
