Commercial Litigation Attorney – Houston, TX

Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes, contribute to trial strategy, and collaborate with a dynamic group of attorneys in a firm that values both professional excellence and a positive workplace environment.

• Base salary up to $155,000
  , plus performance‑based bonuses
• Billable hours target: ~1,800 annually

• Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials (trial experience is a significant plus)
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial/business litigation
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
• Trial experience strongly preferred

Associate Level – Full‑time position.
