Entrusted Advisors is expanding our bench of experienced contracts managers and transactional paralegals to support ongoing and upcoming client needs. We're actively seeking seasoned professionals to work alongside in-house legal teams and business stakeholders on a variety of commercial transactions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as MSAs, SaaS contracts, services agreements, licensing and development agreements, and NDAs
• Developing and updating templates and playbooks
• Tracking and reporting on data related to the contracting lifecycle
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

• 5+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal, including significant experience in a corporate legal department
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and processes; experience supporting procurement functions strongly preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management tools a plus
