Pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr (Base pay range provided by Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.)

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys handling complex litigation matters.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Handle state and federal e-filing with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, binders, and court filings.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and attorney schedules.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a mid-size or large law firm.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, including advanced formatting tools (Styles, Tables of Contents, and Tables of Authorities).
• Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
