Title:
Litigation Attorney (First-Party Property Damage - Open to Other Backgrounds)
Location:
Houston, TX
Salary: $155k-$215k Plus Quarterly 3% Commission On Settlement Fees And Benefits (100% Covered By Employer Through Aetna)
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Qualifications
- Ideally a minimum of 4 recent years of experience litigating first-party property homeowners’ insurance claims or experience handling a high-volume of PI, criminal defense cases, foreclosures or construction defect - open to both plaintiff and defense experience although plaintiff experience is preferred (hailstorms, wildfires, floods, etc.)
- Able to travel throughout Texas for court events as needed
Education
- Admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association
