A National Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Houston office. The firm’s attorneys represent a diverse client base—from Fortune 500 companies and global organizations to emerging businesses and nonprofits—across a wide range of industries and complex litigation matters. • Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and support for trials and arbitrations.
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy and execution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

• 5–7 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
• Strong skills in discovery, depositions, and drafting complex motions.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.

• Must reside in and serve the Houston market.
