- Proactively navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ESG disclosures, and compliance frameworks to mitigate risk.
- Provide high‑level legal strategy, integrating environmental excellence into core business operations.
- Represent the company's interests before regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders.
- Advise executive leadership on long‑term policy and sustainability goals.
- 6+ years of direct experience as an Environmental Counsel or related role.
- Expertise in environmental law, ESG reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence executive leadership.
- Experience representing corporations in regulatory and industry settings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
