Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in the planning, negotiation, documentation, and workout of loans. The position encompasses a diverse range of financial and real estate matters, including:

• Syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, asset-based loans, loan sale transactions, and distressed real estate.
• Commercial real estate financing, including acquisition, development, and construction of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, owner-occupied, single-tenant, mixed-use projects, and lot development.

Requirements:

  Representing lenders in various financial and real estate transactions.
• Legal Acumen: A strong academic record, preferably with formal education in Finance and/or Secured Transactions.
